Do you accept international orders?

No, not at this time.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to transmit purchases out as fast as we can. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed prior to shipment.

 

Do you send out shipping confirmations with tracking once an item ships?

Yes. Once postage is printed, an automatic email is sent to your email that was provided. It contains all shipping information as well as tracking numbers. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folders. Also, what you see on your USPS tracking information we also see. If you have questions about your shipment, reach out to your local postmaster.

 

Do you offer combined shipping?

No. Our shipping prices are flat rate.

 

Can I add another item to my order?

Unfortunately no. You would need to place a additional separate order.

 

I've changed my mind on an item I ordered. Can I switch to a different one?

No. Once your order is placed, no change can be made.
