We are in hopes you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are unsatisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will be happy to address your concern. Merchandise returned must be postmarked within 30 days after delivery date and include your packing slip. 

 

LUX & THE MOON offers convenient easy return labels for your return!  A $10.00 Easy Return Label fee " handling fee" will be deducted from your credit.

All returns are eligible for Store Credit Only.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in choosing your purchases and feel free to reach out to us. Store credit will be emailed with in 1 week post receiving.

All items must be returned in new, unworn and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a store credit based on the returned condition if not compliant. Items with odors, hair or pet hair, deodorant or cosmetic stains/markings are not eligible for store credit. Items that are not eligible for return such as final sale items, but not limited to will be mailed to sender at their expense. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are wanting to exchange your item for a different size, you are required to return you original item following Lux & the Moon's Return Policy. Once we have received your return, Lux & the Moon will issue your store credit. You may then reorder the item in another size or use the credit on another purchase. Please keep in mind inventory fluctuates and we cannot guarantee the size/item will be in stock at the time of your purchase.

Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable. If you do not use our easy return service link, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
