We are in hopes you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are unsatisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will be happy to address your concern. For returns, please email email@example.com Please do not reply to a shipping or confirmation email as these emails are not monitored and used only to send emails out.
All returns are eligible for store credit ONLY. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in choosing your purchases and feel free to reach out to us. Store credit will be email with in 1 week time frame.
Merchandise returned must be postmarked within 7 days after delivery date. The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item and cost. Any postage due and invoiced to Lux & the Moon will be deducted from customer store credit balance. All items must be returned in new, unworn and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a store credit based on the returned condition if not compliant. Items with odors, hair or pet hair, deodorant or cosmetic stains/markings are not eligible for store credit. Items that are not eligible for return will be mailed to sender at their expense. Please include your return form with the order # inside your package. All sale items are final and are not eligible for return. Contact us with any questions.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are wanting to exchange your item for a different size, you are required to return you original item following Lux & the Moon's Return Policy. Once we have received your return, Lux & the Moon will issue your store credit. You may then reorder the item in another size or use the credit on another purchase. Emails with store credit will be emailed within 2-3 week time frame. Please keep in mind inventory fluctuates and we cannot guarantee the size/item will be in stock at the time of your purchase.
Please kindly fill out and complete the return form. Return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit and if desired, you can repurchase the item. We greatly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for any lost returns in transit. Once we receive your return, we will email you with a store credit in the amount of your item + the cost of shipping return. Also take note that we only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD for shipping. Please include a copy of the receipt in your shipment with the damaged item.
