Shipping
Lux & the Moon's shipping rate is $7.95 and free on all orders of $150+ with in the United States only.
We do our best to transmit purchases out as fast as we can. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed prior to shipment.
Once the order is shipped, generally allow 2-5 business days of delivery transit and arrival.
Keep in mind that all orders include a USPS tracking number that you will receive via email confirmation. Please check your junk and/or spam if you do not see yours.
Once a package is shipped, it is no longer under our control. Lux & the Moon is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier. If you have questions about your package in transit, reach out to your local United States Postal Service postmaster or contact 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777).
Local Pick Up

Monday-Friday. 10-6 Saturday. 11-4 Sundays. Closed
Local pick up is typically available 2-4 business days after your purchase. Customers will receive email notificaiton (or sms if signed up) when your order is ready for pick-up. Date and times are subject to change.
How it works?
During checkout, choose local pickup.
Place your order and wait to receive a "ready for pickup" email. This is a separate email from your order confirmation.
When picking up your order, please present your order confirmation email to the Shoppe for verification and sign.
Your order will be available for pickup for 7 business days at Shoppe At The Avenue. After the 7th day, the order will be processed as failed to pickup, and the customer will be issued store credit with a $10 restocking fee. No cash refunds. If your order meets our free shipping policy, you may request it to be shipped.

$20.00 Plus Taxes and Duties
Once the order is shipped, generally allow 5-15 business days of delivery transit and arrival.
Lux & the Moon is not in control of international country specific taxes/duties that are in relation to your order. Please understand there is a likelihood that taxes and duties can and will be applied then charged on your ordered items. All fees are the customers responsibility (fees will be charged at the items ORIGINAL price by the request of Border Officials.)
